The interview process

  1. 1

    Online application

    Official

Apply through Wellington's Campus job board (Workday) for the specific role; you may apply to more than one role or location if you meet each set of qualifications. Non-US roles recruit locally (HK legal internship: CV stating work authorization, one-page statement of interest, graduation year and latest transcript).

  2. 2

    Screening and interviews

    Official

Interviews vary by team; all are behavioural, and technical roles may add case-based or technical interviews. All interviews are live video via Microsoft Teams (no separate recorded video assessment). For Asia-Pacific internships candidates are notified by email after the application deadline, with phone screens first and interviews after.

  3. 3

Several European postings recruit on a rolling basis with the offer extended by December 2026; US interns attend a two-day orientation and full-time associates a two-week 'Base Camp' programme. Internships are a primary pipeline into full-time roles.
