Graduate analyst roles are typically recruited a year ahead, with most posted in August.

   The process varies by role and typically includes two rounds of interviews mixing behavioural and case questions. Assessment may also include group discussions and skill testing; the Early Investor internship uses a take-home case study, and some quantitative and technology roles use a programming challenge. Full-time analysts in the Early Investor Program (Toronto, September start) join a specialised investment department and the new LAUNCH graduate programme with a four-week technical training in accounting, Excel, valuation and financial modelling.
