    Application and CV screening

    Online assessments

    Personality profile and psychometric tests; for the 2027 internship, selected candidates are invited on 19-20 October 2026.

    Online AI case study exercise

    An online case study exercise focused on AI (the same stage appears in the graduate programme as an 'AI case study exercise').

    Interviews

    Internship: online interviews, with shortlisted candidates invited to a digital interview by mid-November. Graduate programme: online or in-person interviews.

    Final offer

    Final offer stage; successful graduate-programme candidates are contacted by the first week of September. Employment with Norges Bank is conditional on an approved security and background check (may include criminal and credit checks).
