Terms of use
Draft of 10 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Whitmore, operated by [owner's full legal name], a sole trader trading as Whitmore, [postal address]. By creating an account, you agree to them.
What Whitmore is
Whitmore is an independent interview-preparation service for careers in banking, trading, investing and related fields. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any firm it mentions. Firm names are used only to describe the interviews we help you prepare for.
Your account
You must be at least 16 and give accurate details. Keep your password safe. An account is for one person and must not be shared.
Plans, payments and cancellation
Whitmore has a free plan and paid plans. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes, which are added where required.
Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
A recruiting-season plan gives seven months of access for one payment and does not renew automatically.
Unless the law gives you a right to a refund, payments are not refunded for unused time. If you are a consumer in the UK or the European Union, you may have a 14-day right to cancel; if you ask to start using the paid service straight away, that right may end once you do.
If we change prices, we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next billing period.
Fair use
Do not copy, scrape, resell or republish Whitmore's content.
Do not post or share confidential assessment or test material from any employer, including in candidate reports.
Whitmore is for preparation only. Do not use it during a real interview or assessment.
Accuracy and no guarantees
We work hard to keep firm information accurate, and every entry shows its source and the date it was last checked. Firms change their programmes, deadlines and processes, so always confirm details on the firm's own website before applying.
Whitmore helps you prepare. It does not guarantee an interview or an offer. Market content is interview practice, not financial or investment advice.
Feedback and scores from automated features, such as mock interviews, may sometimes be wrong. Use them as guidance.
Content and ownership
Whitmore's questions, flashcards, drills, playbooks and design belong to us. Your answers and notes remain yours; you allow us to store and process them only to run the service for you.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after telling you why unless the law prevents it.
Liability
We provide Whitmore with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your rights as a consumer.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
